At Cocksox, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we offer a 30-day window for returning or exchanging items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging with tags intact; for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on undergarments that have been worn or tried on.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and attach the provided prepaid shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
